Re: Ups and Downs of Husband`s Mental Illness

what a day @Former-Member

Mr shaz was on a high today , we did our 2 cleaning jobs and finished at 2pm and then went and mowed and then got home and had to take mum to hospital , I got home at 9.30 pm tonight , sooo tired

who cares about the cyclone -- not me , I am going to bed xx

Re: Ups and Downs of Husband`s Mental Illness

Oh @Shaz51, sending ever so gentle thoughts your way.

Re: Ups and Downs of Husband`s Mental Illness

good morning @Former-Member

Had a extra big day yesterday , we did our 2 cleaning jobs , finished a 2pm

then went to mow a lawn and then visited MIL and SIL who lives 30kms away to see if they needed anything done before the cyclone

got back home at 6pm

cooked dinner -- eggs on toast

6-30pm ,  take mum to hospital , they are keeping her in

last night there was no beds in our hospital so they would have to send mum to the next hospital 60kms away Smiley Sad

9-30pm still at hospital -- yaaaa now they have a bed here for her Smiley Happy

bed at 10-30pm

sunny this morning , so mowed 2 lawns before getting wet , raining heavy now

the cyclone is still going even overland , suppose to go over the top of qld and then come back to the coast -- have to see what happens , ok at the moment xx

Re: Ups and Downs of Husband`s Mental Illness

Blessings in adversity @Shaz51, so pleased local hospital have bed and you have been spared from major winds.  Managing to get a couple of lawns done before rain set in this morning a bonus too.

Re: Ups and Downs of Husband`s Mental Illness

Thinking of you and family @Shaz51.

Trust mum only a short stay. Great that you dont have to travel too for this time.

Hi @Former-Member

Big storm here last night with 40mm of rain.

I was expecting a lot more in the gauge this morning when checked.

We are off to visit MIL at the hospital this morning. She is hoping to be home on Monday but blood sugar levels still not in check so have to wait and see.

Looking like rain setting in so unsure how much yard work will get done here.
