@Gwynn  I havent read either of those books they do sound interesting although these days i struggle to read books which is sad because i used to love to read. i really do hope i dont have to be on meds forever.

Hi @Eden1919 - try this weblink instead, it's a bit shorter: https://positivepsychology.com/neuroplasticity/ I've been told that I need to be on meds for two to five years after my First Episode of Psychosis (FEP), so it could be that you just need to stick it out for a while.

@Gwynn  thanks, yeah 2-5 years would maybe be ok except this isnt the first or even second time this has happened and idk if that changes things.
