I'm just starting with a mood app. It's called 'stoic'. It did cost me $60 for the year, but I liked it. I'm getting used to tracking my thoughts and feelings.It has guided breathing and meditation practices. And guided journalling which is helpful for me. Anyone else on here use this one?

@Ugly_Trout no, I haven't tried that app. I'm glad you're enjoying it
I've tried "daylio" and "health storylines" apps. I like the mood features of daylio better but storylines had the ability to track medication, reminders and symptoms. I'm still undecided which app to stick with
