I have been on the waiting list for a few appointments for a couple of months and all of a sudden they phone me this week and have time available for me today and tomorrow.
Whilst this is fantastic, finally I am getting access to the support services that I need, when I added them to my calendar I had already made commitments for this week which I am not able to reschedule apart from perhaps one appointment.
Hopefully the benefit of having this additional support balanced out with some of the positive goals that I will be achieving will result in more positive outlook, although looking at todays calendar seems quite daunting.
