Looking after ourselves

Where I'm at today is I'm having a rest, I'm tired and am not coping with two memories; one is that I was a victim of attempted murder, and the other is that two years ago I witnessed the attempted murder of my then next door neighbour (I was the person who called the police and I'm very proud of that). The second is less difficult to cope with, but it tends to bring up the first. Anyway I know to look after myself today and rest, and tomorrow or the next day will be a better day. My cats are lying down beside me on my bed also having a snooze.
