I'm really hoping you went to your appointment.

Your concerns are completely valid.. no one wants to be judged. Unfortunately the issue with that concern is that it's really subjective as to whether we interprete someone as judging us (well... unless they come out and say 'I'm judging you' and if a psychologist says that to you.. they need to find a new job..) So someone may or may not be judging us... but it doesn't matter because we've made up our own decision in our mind as to whether they have or not.

Keep in mind, psychologists have heard it all!

Karen, my angle, these questions do not need to be answered if you don't want to, you need to wait until you are comfortable and feel you can trust them. 

Karen i can see how anxious you are, i hope you did make the appointment, i know how draining it is telling the same story, getting the same response, all you have to say to them is i am not ready to answer these questions yet.

I don't know what the answer is, it is a choice you are going to have to make for yourself, if in some way they can help, it may be worth a try.

You have done well today getting to all your appointments, i am proud of you, and even though i am a hypocrite if it keeps you safe it is worth a try.

Karen i wish for once you can be happy, and not have these terrible thoughts. i wish i could take them all away for you.
