I @Evie1, sorry to hear you're in so much emotional pain at the moment that you want out. Believe it or not, being scared or anxious about it, just the thoughts (suicidal ideology) is a good sign - it proves theres a huge part of you that wants to live. There's a 'higher self' in all of us that sees the futility in givingvup. Nobody could have told me 6years ago in the middle of a terrible SI SH breakdown, that lasted months and a long hospital srtay, and the two years following, nobody could have told me that today I would have the good moments I do enjoy. If I could convince you to learn some coping skills, speak to a psychologist, give yourself time and self compassion - I know you can get through this too. One day at a time 💜💕
Are you familiar with an App called BeyondNow ? It helps us set up a safety plan when suicidw presses hard. It may help u 🌷🌿
