Impressive Muffins @Former-Member Very nice.

Thanks to some Food Hampers with fresh vegetables - I've been cooking up plenty of fresh veggies, over the past few days.

Instead of my usual mish-mash of frozen meals, which always have veggies, yet not fresh.

So my cooking has diversified a little bit, & it's probaby healthier...
